INSPECTION SCOPE
Twelve limits of the inspection
This is a limited visual inspection. The report describes what our inspector can observe at the auction yard; it is not a mechanical inspection, appraisal, warranty, or guarantee of condition.
- 01We do not perform an OBD-II scan or connect diagnostic equipment.
- 02We do not diagnose mechanical, electrical, structural, or computer faults.
- 03We do not perform a road test or verify handling, braking, or transmission operation on public roads.
- 04We can only report on areas that are accessible and visible at the time of the visit.
- 05Heavy damage, storage position, other vehicles, or lot restrictions may limit access.
- 06We do not verify title status, lien status, ownership, mileage, or vehicle history.
- 07We do not guarantee that a vehicle will start, run, or continue running after the inspection.
- 08Some vehicles do not have keys; without keys, engine-start and interior-condition observations may not be included.
- 09We do not certify the quality or completeness of auction-listing information or seller disclosures.
- 10Photos and videos represent conditions observed during the visit and are not a complete record of every surface.
- 11Weather, lighting, lot operations, and timing can affect what can be seen, heard, or recorded.
- 12The report is information to support your decision; you remain responsible for your bid and purchase decision.
